England ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ won! What a fab result ๐ฅฐ Argentina Wednesday ๐ค
Our last day today. Unlike the UK ๐ฌ๐ง this morning for us, the weather turned distinctly grey and incredibly windy ๐ฌ๏ธ. By lunchtime-ish, the cloud had cleared & the sun came out โ๏ธ. We ventured to Isigny-sur-Mer for a look around, lunch and a delicious ice cream ๐ฆ.
We have had some amazing food this week. Chef Rodney has cooked some great food, ably assisted by Tracy. The French ๐ซ๐ท lunch baguettes of Jambon & Fromage have been superb. The cheese can be a tad smelly ๐, it sort of hits you when you open Kaz's fridge to get the milk out. In a confined space you definitely need to open the windows ๐๐.
We have cycled approx 224 (ish) miles (362 kms) & 7,000ft (2,100 m) of ascent, on a lot of gravel, on tracks & one occasion bike/hiking thru the sand.
All that's left to say about this week, is it's been wonderful. Great Company, happy and sad emotions, great cycling, wonderful food, fab weather and overall an excellent experience.
Thank you for reading ๐ฅฐ
We should never forget what they did for us โบ๏ธ

Looks like youโve had a great time and, unusually for you, dry! Did you download the cycle routes from somewhere or create them yourself?
I put them together using a Eurovelo map, Garmin and Strava Heatmaps. The 1st couple of days were 95% road, then we adjusted using Garmin to take in more gravel & avoid the roads.
Iโve loved reading about what has obviously been a wonderful trip
Thank you Richard, it has been fab and very different to my normal trips. I can imagine that something like this wld be really enjoyable for you โบ๏ธ๐
